Terms and Conditions — 333r Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. General Terms

Welcome to 333r, an online gaming platform operated at 333r.onl and designed specifically for the Pakistani market. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between 333r and every registered player.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 333r, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are unsure about any clause, please contact support before continuing to use the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active 333r account you must:

• Provide accurate and truthful personal information when creating your account.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a pre-existing 333r account that has been suspended or closed.
• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment and not for commercial or business purposes.
• Not act on behalf of any third party or allow anyone else to operate your account.

333r does not market its services to minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed this platform using your details, please contact support immediately.

3. Account Rules

Each person may hold only one 333r account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under a different name, email address, phone number or payment method linked to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. 333r uses identity verification checks to identify duplicate registrations, and any accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Any action taken using your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, notify support immediately and change your password.

333r may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid CNIC or passport and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• 333r accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted or assigned to another person.
• You must notify support if your contact details change.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be marked as dormant.

4. Deposits & Payments

333r accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and standard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is PKR 500. All funds deposited must belong to the depositing player — using a payment method registered to a third party is a breach of these terms.

Deposits credited via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank Transfer and Raast deposits may take slightly longer depending on the sending bank. 333r does not charge a fee on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.

333r reserves the right to refuse, delay or return deposits if there are grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these terms. Any deposit made by a method that cannot be verified may be held pending review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within a few hours during normal business hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically arrive in your mobile wallet shortly after processing. Bank Transfer and Raast withdrawals may take up to one business day. 333r does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. You may be required to submit KYC documents before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• 333r reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposit may require additional verification.
• 333r may delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

333r offers a range of bonuses including a Welcome Bonus, regular reload bonuses and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League. Each bonus or promotion has its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on 333r:

• Bonuses are for personal use only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonuses that expire before being cleared will be removed from your balance.
• 333r reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, collusion or use of prohibited software.
• Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been fully completed.
• Free spins and other promotional credits are subject to game restrictions and maximum win caps as stated in each offer's individual terms.

7. Game Rules

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

Your personal information is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity and communicate with you about your account and platform updates. 333r does not sell personal data to third parties. 10. Responsible Gaming

Players can set the following limits directly from their account settings at any time:

If your account is closed by 333r due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance — including bonus funds and associated winnings — may be forfeited. Where closure is not caused by a breach on the player's part, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method on record.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. A closure request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed before closure is finalised.

12. Limitation of Liability

333r provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to maintain a stable and reliable service, 333r does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical outages, connectivity issues or interruptions beyond its direct control.

333r's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. 333r is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence on the part of 333r.

13. Changes to These Terms

333r may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Non-material updates such as corrections to grammar or formatting will take effect immediately without specific notice.
